The objective of this Excel VBA application is to calculate the variability of a micropipette (1, 8, 12 channels) or of the Multidrops cassettes, by generating a complete report including the statistical parameters of a volumetric quality control, which can be printed in pdf with digital signature.
With the report obtained we will know if our pipette is dispensing correctly or if it is necessary to carry out a calibration of it. This report include:
- Information about the pipette ( Serial Number, internal number, model, Brand, etc.)
- Calibration curve for interpolating actual pipette values and calculating dispensed volume
- Evaluated parameters: Accuracy, Precision & Repeatability coefficient.
